Please read the terms and conditions carefully before placing your order.

By placing and Order and purchasing goods from baseacid.com you enter into a legally binding agreement with us on the following Conditions.  

1.       Stock Availability & Pricing

1.1 All items offered for sale are subject to availability. If an item ordered is out of stock we will usually notify you within 3 working days of your order being placed. We shall give you an estimate of the time of delay.  You may cancel your order if you so wish if the item is not available.

2.       Credit/Debit Card Payment

2.1 We accept payment by Visa, Delta, MasterCard, Switch and Solo.  Upon providing us with details of the Payment Card and submitting the Order you:

2.1.1 confirm and undertake that the information contained within the order is true and accurate and that you are duly authorised to use the payment Card; and

2.1.2 authorise us to deduct from the Payment Card account the full price of the Goods and all other payments which may become due to us under the Contract.

2.2 The deduction of monies from your Payment Card does not mean that we have accepted your order nor does it mean that a contract has been formed between us. In the event that we reject you order we will credit your Payment Card with the amount deducted.

2.3 If it is not possible to obtain full payment for the Goods from your account on delivery of the Goods to you, we can cancel the Order or suspend any further deliveries to you. This does not affect any other rights you may have.

2.4 Where Goods are returned by you in accordance with your rights under the provisions of Clause 6, we shall credit the Payment Card with the appropriate amount.

2.5 We will take all reasonable care to keep all information connected with your order secure but we cannot be held liable for any loss that you may suffer if a third party obtains unauthorised access to any data, including credit and account details you provide when accessing or ordering from this Web Site, unless this is solely due to our negligence.

2.6 We also offer paypal as a method of payment; you do not need to open an account with paypal in order to use this service.

3. Pricing

3.1. All prices are in pounds sterling and displayed on the relevant product page

3.2    We reserve the right to change the prices on the website. 

3.3    If the price does change between placing your order and dispatch we will notify you via email.  You may cancel your order if you find the new price unacceptable.

3.4    You will also be liable to pay for postage, packing and insurance of the item.  This will be combined into one price of postage and packing shown on the order form.

3.5    The total price you pay will have postage and packing added onto it.

3.6    All offers can be removed at any time. 

4. Product Warranty

4.1 Your statutory rights are not affected by these Conditions.

4.2  Any claim you make based on any defect in the quality or condition of the goods or their failure to correspond with the specification must be made within 14 days of receiving the item.

5. Delivery

5.1. Orders are dispatched within 15 working days of receiving your order.

5.2. We cannot be held responsible for any delays with the Royal Mail delivery service.

5.3 Any special requirements such as urgent delivery or a specific delivery date should be arranged via email and confirmed by us.

5.4 We cannot guarantee to meet all special requirements.

6. Returns Products

6.1. If you wish to return a product or receive a replacement product for a faulty item supplied please email us at info@baseacid.com

6.2. You must contact us within 3 working days of any problem becomes apparent.

6.3. We will attempt to deal with all replacements and refunds with high priority.

6.4. Replacements will only be sent out when the original item is returned.

6.5. It is the customer’s responsibility for the safe return of any goods. All items must be returned as they were received with their original packaging and full contents included along with original documentation and proof of purchase. The issued Returns number must be clearly seen on the outer of all packaging.

6.6. Refunds cannot be given if we judge that the product has been willfully damaged, misused, neglected, overloaded, modified, adapted or repaired.

6.7. No returns are accepted without a returns number being issued. If you return an item not following the correct procedure we may decline the delivery.

7. Website Accuracy

7.1 We work to ensure our web site is updated at all times, however we cannot guarantee the accuracy of information supplied. All Errors and Omissions are accepted.

7.2 We reserve the right to remove or change a offer at anytime. Where Free items are included in a offer we reserve the right to offer a alternative items of the same or greater value.

8. Amending Terms

8.1 We reserve the right to amend these Terms at anytime.

9. Your Legal Rights as a Consumer

These Terms and Conditions do not affect any of your statutory rights.
